Insomnia :(

hello, im Alison and i have Insomnia 

yeah, i cant really sleep this whole week. gosh. suffering. i really hate myself sometimes for NOT falling asleep. yesterday before i went to bed i actually went downstairs and prayed for awhile. HAHA. hoping to fall asleep at night. it was OKAY. my sleep was OKAY yesterday. but NOT deep enough. AHH i need to sleep. Jia Long said think of BLACK or WHITE colour. AHHAA. stare at the black thing when u close your eyes. and you'll fall asleep. that's what he told me LOL. i'll try. Hope to sleep and dream tonight. or is it Jetlag ? O.o its been a week since i came home. so long to adjust my time? i dont think so. I am yawning now. but when i lie down on my bed, unable to fall asleep :( 

2 days left :( PMR results. AHHH.
